Passes are still accessible to witness Grammy Award-winning rock group Creed, alongside special guest 3 Doors Down, when their tour visits Orlando in less than a week. The show will occur at the Kia Center, situated at 400 W Church Street in downtown Orlando, on Thursday, December 5. Doors will open at 6 p.m., with the performance commencing at 7 p.m.
Established in Tallahassee in 1994, Creed began their journey with three back-to-back multi-platinum albums. Their second album, Human Clay, achieved diamond (11x platinum) certification from the Recording Industry Association of America.
Throughout the last three decades, the band has marketed over 28 million records in the United States, and over 53 million albums globally. The band was the ninth top-selling musical group of the 2000s. Their track, “With Arms Wide Open,” was a Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper and secured a Grammy Award for Best Rock Song.
Alongside Creed, the upcoming show in Orlando will showcase a set by Grammy-nominated multi-platinum rock ensemble 3 Doors Down. Established in 1996, 3 Doors Down has earned various accolades such as worldwide album sales surpassing 20 million, two American Music Awards, and five BMI Pop Awards for songwriting, including “Songwriter of the Year.”
3 Doors Down made a big impact on the music industry with their debut album, The Better Life, and the hit single “Kryptonite” contributed to the album receiving 7x platinum certification by RIAA. Their subsequent album, Away from the Sun, also achieved mainstream triumph (5x platinum). It featured the hit tracks “When I’m Gone” and “Here Without You.” For additional details regarding the Orlando show, or to secure passes, check out the Kia Center’s Creed event webpage.
